Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Program Manager – Strategic Planning & Capacity who will own the Global Capacity Planning model, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and support onboarding of new customers. This role reports to the Director of Global Capacity Planning and interfaces with Finance, Manufacturing, BUs and executives to translate large datasets into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Nine plus years of experience in program management, operations planning, analytics, or strategic supply chain roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong data analytics and capacity planning experience with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Global Capacity Planning update, maintenance, and validation of the planning model.
• Partners with Business Units to gather, interpret, and integrate future demand and growth projections.
• Communicates with manufacturing sites globally to capture capabilities for forward-looking capacity planning.
• Assists the Director in translating complex spreadsheets into clear executive-ready summaries.
• Supports early engagement and onboarding of new customers.
• Manages multiple ongoing tasks, streams, and planning timelines.
• Identifies data discrepancies early and resolves bottlenecks through analytical problem solving.
• Coordinates across Finance, Manufacturing, BUs, and Executive Leadership to drive alignment.
