Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing capacity planning, industrial engineering, production planning, or factory modeling in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of cycle time, OEE, yield, available hours, utilization, bottleneck analysis, line loading, and ramp modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI; ERP/MRP, MES, SQL, Snowflake, or manufacturing databases are a plus.
• Ability to translate forecasts and demand into machine, line, labor, and capital requirements and clearly communicate assumptions.
• Strong analytical communication skills with the ability to present complex scenarios and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own CBS global manufacturing capacity planning model and establish a single view of demand, capacity, constraints, ramp, and CapEx.
• Maintain short-, medium-, and long-range capacity models by program, product family, process, site, and equipment.
• Model capacity through NPI and production ramp with learning curves and OEE progression.
• Identify bottlenecks and quantify gaps; determine whether constraints are equipment, process, labor, or material.
• Evaluate site allocations, production transfers, shifts, CapEx, and outsourcing to balance capacity and cost.
