Job summary

Accenture seeks a Global Capability Center Reinvention Manager to shape technology strategy and system architecture for GCC design and setup. You will guide client opportunities, respond to demand, and deliver scalable technology solutions across enterprise landscapes.

In this role you will collaborate with solution teams, assess current technology, define future-state architectures, and align technology choices with operating models and business goals, while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years designing and scaling technology operating models and platform-led transformation initiatives within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability.
• Work with solution teams and stakeholders to assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with target operating models and business objectives.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%
