Job summary

Tuskegee University is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead the launch and ongoing management of the Tuskegee University Global Campus (TUGC), the university’s online learning initiative. This role will drive strategic planning, market research, and curriculum development in collaboration with ODEOL, faculty, IT, and other stakeholders.

The Program Manager will oversee course design, accreditation alignment, and the implementation of online programs that expand access to quality education

Qualifications

Master’s degree in educational technology, instructional design, higher education administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education, with a focus on online learning, program management, or instructional design.
Proven track record of leading large-scale online program launches or similar initiatives in an academic setting.

Responsibilities

Lead the launch and ongoing management of the Tuskegee University Global Campus (TUGC).
Develop and implement online programs aligned with the university’s vision and accreditation standards.
Collaborate with ODEOL, faculty, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of online initiatives.
