Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in healthcare or community health.
• Experience in community-based outreach and program management.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic support to County Agents and Educators.
• Plan and implement Community Health programs aligned with USDA.
• Participate in local, state, national, and international meetings.
