GCS Recruitment is seeking a Global Campaign Project Manager to support a leading global payments organization. This role focuses on project planning, governance, dependency management, resource coordination, and operational oversight across SMB Marketing initiatives.

This is not a campaign strategy or activation role. You will ensure projects are planned, tracked, resourced, and delivered across multiple teams, with Wrike governance, executive reporting, and robust dashboards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting marketing or cross-functional initiatives.
• Must have FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services industry experience.
• Proven experience managing large cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong background in planning, timeline management, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking.
• Experience with Wrike (preferred) or similar tools.
• Expertise in executive reporting and portfolio visibility.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate work across Campaign Activation, Marketing Automation, Insights, and more.
• Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints and drive resolution.
• Maintain dashboards, status reports, and governance documentation.
• Serve as primary owner of project visibility and Wrike governance.
• Support resource planning, capacity management, and workload forecasting.
• Drive standardized PM processes and reporting to improve operations.
