Job summary

UL LLC, a global leader in safety science, seeks a Process Owner for Calibration, Measurement Test Equipment, and Procurement. This hybrid role (3 days/week in UL locations) drives standardized calibration lifecycle processes and global procurement standards, reporting to the Director Lab Operational Excellence.

The candidate will oversee KPI-driven performance, data integrity, and cross-regional collaboration to enable laboratory excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of calibration/measurement equipment management experience in labs or manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
• ISO 17025 or industry-specific compliance certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Owns calibration and measurement equipment processes across all laboratories.
• Define and harmonize procedures for calibration scheduling, traceability, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure documentation consistency and cross-site workflow alignment.
• Incorporate decisions from Technical Competence Centers into SOPs.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 17025 and accreditation standards.
