Job summary

Levare USA in Tulsa is seeking an experienced Document Control Manager to oversee the international Windchill system, manage access rules, folders, and document classifications, and supervise Tulsa Designers to ensure compliant, efficient workflows across projects.

The role includes training staff on Windchill, Creo, and AutoCAD; developing standards and processes; coordinating with international teams and Russian Windchill; and improving ECR/ECN workflows to reduce admin intervention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of draftsman/design/layout experience.
• Minimum 10 years of use of engineering document and PLM software packages.
• Experience with Windchill, Creo, and CAD software.
• Familiarity with IMS policies (ISO 9001/14001/45001).

Responsibilities

• Manage international Windchill documentation system and access control.
• Coordinate international Windchill records and activities with Russian Windchill.
• Provide training on Windchill, Creo and AutoCAD for Tulsa Engineering.
• Develop, manage, and improve standards, procedures, and workflow for Windchill.
• Respond to engineering tickets and support CAD software for the team.
