Kohler Co. is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to act as the global technical lead for CAD, PDM, PLM, and related engineering platforms that support product development across Kohler Co.

The role sustains and improves system capability, performance, and data integrity while partnering with Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, and IT. This onsite role will require four days per week at Kohler, WI, and focuses on deployment, standards, licensing, and continuous improvement to enable secure,

Competenze

• Requires associate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Demonstrated experience with CAD/PDM/PLM systems and engineering apps.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as technical lead for Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Windchill and related apps.
• Configure, maintain, test, deploy, and improve CAD and PDM/PLM platforms, environments, templates, and workflows.
• Develop system requirements, specifications, automation, reporting, and deployment processes.
• Plan release testing, upgrades, validation, and user communications.
• Provide advanced technical support and lead escalation efforts.
