Agility Robotics seeks a Global Supply Manager – Cable Harnesses to own the sourcing and commodity strategy for cable harnesses, wire assemblies, and interconnect components across development and production. This senior, independently-owned commodity role partners with Engineering and Manufacturing to influence harness design and qualify suppliers as production scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain, with 3+ years on cable harnesses.
• Strong technical understanding of harness manufacturing and reading diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for cable harnesses and related components.
• Collaborate with Engineering to influence harness design and manufacturability.
• Lead supplier identification, selection, and qualification globally.
• Maintain supplier relationships and drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements.
• Champion cost modeling and should-cost analyses for pricing transparency.
• Negotiate supplier agreements covering pricing and delivery performance.
• Support NPI to ensure harness components are ready per schedules.
• Maintain SPOR and monitor supplier performance across cost, quality and delivery.
• Develop supply risk assessments and dual-sourcing strategies for critical suppliers.
