SpaceX is looking for a Global Supply Manager to optimize the sourcing of wire harnesses and connectors for the ambitious Starlink project. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supply chain management and strong leadership qualities to guide a small team while ensuring efficient planning and procurement processes.

A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required, while advanced skills in negotiation and technical understanding of components are highly preferred. This position is strictly onsite in Redmond, WA with a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $180,000.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain management or related fields.
• 10+ years of applicable experience may replace a degree.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sourcing team for wire harness commodities.
• Develop and manage the supply base for harnesses and connectors.
• Coordinate with engineering and program teams on sourcing decisions.

Skills

Procurement experience in interconnects

Team management experience

Technical knowledge of harnesses and connectors

Effective written and verbal communication

Education
