Job summary

Uline is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - International at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will work hands-on with data, supporting the International team and partnering with IT to build solutions that streamline processes and provide insights.

You’ll analyze data requests, automate daily tech processes, resolve user issues, and help drive modernization projects across Uline’s international operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of analytic experience in a business environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Office and VBA; Power BI preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage International team data requests, presenting findings to leadership.
• Maintain and optimize daily technology processes, driving efficiency with data.
• Troubleshoot user issues with IT and cross-functional teams.
• Create and update system documentation, reports and communications.
• Support modernization projects and process improvements for International operations.
