Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field (Master's preferred).
• CPA, CFA, PMP, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred.
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in finance transformation, GBS, or management consulting.
• Proven expertise advising global organizations on GBS, shared services, outsourcing, and target operating model design.
• Deep knowledge of finance processes and data models including R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-state GBS operating models with process architecture, governance, and global delivery models.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs spanning multiple processes with automation, analytics, and AI.
• Establish enterprise service management frameworks with SLAs/OLAs and KPI dashboards.
• Drive transitions and readiness across global delivery networks, including change management and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth and go-to-market efforts.
