Job summary

Beratung is a top international management consultancy firm. As a Business Performance manager, you will join the global RTN Business Development and Technology team, partnering with RTN leadership to drive and implement the financial performance framework.

Based in the Bain GBS Center in Warsaw, you will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, coach a team of coordinators, and collaborate with finance partners across geographies to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
• Experience managing annual budgeting and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive FP&A experience including accounts payable/receivable and revenue recognition.
• Ability to build and manage complex financial models and forecast performance.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and act as escalation point for financial process matters
• Develop analytical capabilities for RTN with data-driven insights (pricing engine, dashboards)
