You will drive monthly/quarterly reporting, craft executive-ready presentations, and manage governance calendars with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics & presentation, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience supporting senior leadership and influencing decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint; SharePoint administration.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly and quarterly reporting cadence for FCSD Business Office objectives and KPIs.
• Lead preparation of compelling, data-driven presentations for FCSD leadership forums.
• Manage the FCSD governance calendar and weekly meeting materials.
• Oversee FCSD Business Office meetings, events, and alignment with ISO audit requirements.
