Job summary
Nike in Beaverton, Oregon seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives within the Consumer Product & Innovation portfolio. You will drive multiple parallel workstreams, manage risks, and report progress to executives.
This role partners with engineering, product, and operations teams across geographies to ensure alignment, governance, and successful delivery of strategic initiatives in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- PMP preferred.
- 7+ years in Technical Program Management or product experience.
- 10+ years working with engineering teams.
- 5+ years software development experience preferred.
- Experience in Retail, Consumer product development, Innovation, Supply Chain and Operations.
- Experience leading governance structures, cross-functional coordination, and executive reporting.
- Strong relationship-building with senior executives and partners.
- Experience across multiple technology platforms and SOA knowledge.
- Excellent communication; ability to translate tech to non-tech stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead programs within the Consumer Product & Innovation portfolio.
- Oversee end-to-end execution across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Serve as SPOC for program reviews and executive updates.
- Drive risk management, issue resolution and dependency management.
- Partner with geographies to align strategies and deliver outcomes.
