Jazwares in Plantation, Florida, is seeking a Global Brand Associate to oversee a group of product categories and manage licensee communications. You will support end-to-end product development, navigate licensors' digital rights platforms, and collaborate cross-functionally to create lines fans will love.

You will work with design, packaging, marketing, and licensing teams to move concepts to market, coordinate design approvals, request cost data from global suppliers, and help build expansion

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years in brand management, licensing, marketing or product development
• Experience navigating the product development lifecycle for consumer hard/soft goods
• Strong project management with attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present ideas
• Passion for toy industry, trends, and learning new concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with design, packaging, marketing, and licensing to create products from concept to market
• Coordinate design approvals with licensors and track DRM compliance
• Request and document 3D model costs, unit costs, and tooling costs from global suppliers
• Organize and manage product samples, track influx, storage, and prepare presentation models
• Conduct competitive analyses and identify future opportunities for product expansion
• Support brand operations, social media updates, and key account calls
• Interface with sales, contract manufacturing, and vendors to manage inventory and streamline processes
