This leader is a core member of the Touchland Commercial Team, reporting to the AVP Marketing and working closely with brand leaders, R&D, sales strategy and supply organization to drive impactful innovations across a complex,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of marketing experience (CPG, OTC).
• Global experience is preferred.
• Leading and developing talent.
• Expertise across all areas of marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new product strategies to drive U.S. and international growth.
• Accelerate innovation with trend-forward platforms and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead ideation and determine where to play and how to win.
• Create 3–5 year new product pipelines with R&D and brand teams.
• Inspire teams to deliver initiatives supporting brand strategy.
• Collaborate with R&D, Brand and co-manufacturers to move from concept to market.
