Church & Dwight Co., Inc. seeks a Director Innovation & Development – Touchland to lead high-energy, high-impact transformation across the Touchland portfolio both domestically and internationally.

The role is hybrid, based in Ewing, NJ or New York City, with in-person days and remote options depending on location. You will identify new product strategies, direct cross-functional teams, and drive 3–5 year pipelines while leveraging AI and test-and-learn approaches to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of marketing experience (CPG, OTC).
• Experience leading and developing talent in global settings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new product strategies to drive U.S. and international growth across Fragrance extensions, collaborations, new segments, and customer-specific innovations.
• Challenge the status quo and accelerate innovation with trend-forward platforms across cross-functional teams.
• Drive ideation acceleration, determine where to play and how to play, and validate with market testing.
• Adopt test-and-learn methodologies including AI technologies with consumer validation testing and capital GTM launches.
• Create 3–5 year new product pipelines with R&D, brand teams, and sales strategy.
