Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience driving creative strategy and execution in an agency or in-house team.

• Develop and maintain brand identity and system guidelines scalable across global touchpoints.
• Direct and mentor designers, writers, and contractors while contributing to day-to-day production-quality work.
• Create and deliver mockups, prototypes, and production assets across digital, social, broadcast, print, and OOH channels.
• Partner with motion designers, photographers, and directors to produce high-production brand experiences.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships to ensure creative outcomes reflect business goals and customer needs.
