Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. seeks a Manager, Global Marketing Communications Auto Care to lead communications strategy, creative direction and integrated media planning for Energizer Holdings Inc.’s Auto Care portfolio.

The role partners with agencies and cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and ROI across media, commerce and consumer touchpoints. Lead agency briefs, set strategic direction and ensure consistent brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing communications, brand marketing, integrated marketing, advertising, or related experience.
• Ability to influence senior management and support functions globally.
• Demonstrated collaboration, team leadership and results-oriented approach.
• CPG industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated communications planning across paid, owned, digital and ecommerce channels.
• Inform messaging, creative development and campaign strategy using consumer insights and market trends.
• Manage creative development from briefs to launch with agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Media to translate brand objectives into media plans and optimization.
