Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing communications, brand marketing, integrated marketing, advertising, or related experience.
• Ability to influence senior management and support functions Globally.
• Demonstrated collaboration and leadership skills.
• Experience working within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated communications plans across paid, owned, digital and ecommerce channels.
• Develop brand strategy and messaging informed by consumer insights.
• Manage creative development from brief to launch with agencies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate brand priorities into campaigns.
• Analyze performance and optimize content and campaigns.
• Lead agency management including scope, budgets and timelines.
