Leading a key component of the launch for AZ’s IL-33 therapy being investigated across multiple indications including COPD and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will contribute to the development of marketing plans to maximize the value of the brand. You will be responsible for working with Brand Leadership team to develop and measure aspects of the brand strategy with a specific focus on opportunity assessments, global commercial projects and activity planning.
You will work cross functionally with colleagues in the AZ as well as the local MC teams to shape the development of the promotional plans.

Bachelor’s degree is required with business degree or scientific expertise as preferred.
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $180,875 to $271,313. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
