Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Business Process Optimization (BPO) & Shared Services to lead a global team responsible for strategy, governance, and performance of outsourced freight back office operations.

You will partner with internal teams and external providers to ensure end-to-end documentation, bookings, milestones, and exception resolution meet SLA targets, while driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics or related field is required.
• 10+ years of work experience in process improvement, operations, or a related function.
• 5+ years in a leadership or people-management role.
• 2+ years work experience in global operations.
• Strong background in SLA governance, performance management, and vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team responsible for outsourced freight back office operations and governance.
• Manage vendor relationships, regular business reviews, and performance improvement plans.
• Oversee daily production plans, queue priorities, staffing, and SLA attainment.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across TMS/ERP systems like Cargowise.
• Establish and track KPIs, audits, and quality metrics.
