Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Oncology Communications, Bladder Cancer and GU Public Affairs. This hybrid role is available in Raritan, NJ or Spring House, PA, and will partner to advance oncology communications and public affairs across global and local channels.

The role focuses on translating complex data into compelling messaging, supporting bladder cancer portfolio milestones, and ensuring alignment with governance and stakeholder engagement in a highly matrixed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
8+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, or related field.
Experience in global or regional oncology communications; bladder cancer/GU experience preferred.
Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment and influence stakeholders.
Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills to translate complex science.

Responsibilities

Support global and local communications activations for bladder cancer portfolio.
Translate complex scientific data into clear messaging across channels.
Enable globally consistent, locally activated communications model.
Provide day-to-day communications counsel to connect objectives with outcomes.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to drive coordinated execution.
