Job summary

Horizon Ag-Products, based in Lakewood, CO, seeks a Product Regulatory Analyst to own domestic registrations and lead international registration efforts. You will work with Regulatory and Sustainability teams to guide labeling, compliance, and market access for current and future products in multiple regions.

The role is hands-on, highly autonomous, and requires collaboration with Portfolio, Commercial, and R&D teams to support new markets from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in biostimulant or crop-input regulatory/compliance.
• At least 2 years with direct ownership of international registrations.
• Registration experience in LATAM, APAC, or EMEA.
• Experience with humic substances preferred.
• Working proficiency in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international registrations, renewals, and amendments.
• Research and scope new markets including registration, testing, claims, timelines and costs.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, registrants, agents and consultants.
• Provide cross-department labeling guidance and ensure compliance.
• Maintain the label repository on SharePoint and edit as needed.
• Monitor regulatory developments; advise teams on feasibility and costs.
• Maintain compliance calendars and market-entry knowledge base.
• Represent Horizon with industry associations as appropriate.
• Build registration plans and budgets with Portfolio and Commercial teams.
• Participate in new product development defining regulatory requirements.
