Job summary

Sanofi in Waltham, MA seeks a Director, Biostatistics Project Lead to provide leadership as the lead biostatistician on one or more project teams and act as a statistical consultant within the company. Qualifications

• PhD/MS in statistics or related discipline with pharmaceutical experience.
• Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and techniques.
• Experience in clinical development or post-marketing activities such as submissions and interactions with regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead large vaccine project(s) in clinical development or post-marketing stages.
• Direct biostatistical contributions and provide scientific leadership for related projects within SOPs and standards.
• Mentor and lead global Biostatistical Sciences teams across locations (US/France/China/India).
• Plan and track activities, timelines and resources globally, optimizing utilization.
• Represent biostatistics in cross-functional groups and drive process improvements.
