Job summary

Required is deep biopharma supply chain experience, executive leadership, and strong collaboration with CMC, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams. Hybrid onsite/remote arrangement preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of biopharmaceutical experience in clinical and commercial supply chain.
• Experience leading global supply chain ops for development-stage and commercial products.
• Direct involvement in at least one US or international product launch.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global supply chain org with governance and metrics.
• Manage external partners (3PLs, vendors) via KPI dashboards and SLAs.
• Establish global logistics, including cold chain and regulatory compliance.
• Lead selection and optimization of supply chain systems (ERP, IRT/RTSM).
• Drive cost optimization and cross-functional collaboration across functions.
