Job summary

CM Biomass in Houston seeks an Execution Analyst to manage the end-to-end execution of wood pellet trade contracts, coordinating across plant operations, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate settlements.

You will prepare trade documentation, maintain data in Dynamics 365 F&O and Dycotrade, and ensure compliance with US export controls for bulk and containerized cargoes. Strong Excel and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years in trade execution, commodity operations, freight coordination, or similar.
• Familiarity with bulk cargo docs, bills of lading, export control requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel; knowledge of Dycotrade/Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus.
• Fluent in English; able to work flexible hours for international counterparty communication.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of physical wood pellet trade contracts and shipment coordination.
• Prepare, review and manage trade documents for domestic/export shipments; ensure compliance.
• Serve as operational contact for counterparties, vessel operators, port agents, and freight forwarders; maintain data in Dycotrade and Dynamics 365 F&O.
