You will join a team of six colleagues based in downtown Houston, working closely with our teams in Denmark and across the broader USTC group. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with trading, operations, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure the seamless execution of biomass supply and trading activities. Your key stakeholders will include internal trading and commercial colleagues, as well as external counterparties such as carriers, vessel agents, and freight providers. Together, the team provides operational rigor and execution discipline that directly supports CM Biomass's position as a global leader in the renewable energy market, contributing to our mission of enabling sustainable power and heat production worldwide.
As an Execution Analyst at CM Biomass, you will manage the end-to-end execution of physical wood pellet trade contracts, from post-deal confirmation through final delivery and settlement. You will coordinate shipment scheduling across plant operations, logistics providers, port operators, and vessel agents, while preparing and managing the full range of trade documentation for both bulk and containerized export cargoes. In this hands‑on operational role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for counterparties, surveyors, and freight providers, ensuring that every contractual obligation is met accurately and on time. You will also maintain trade and position data within our Dycotrade commodity trading module in Dynamics 365 F&O, contributing directly to the operational success of a global market leader.
