Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Benefits Risk & Retirement Governance to quantify risk across the global portfolio and run scenario analyses for mitigation strategies. You will own global actuarial valuations, retirement-liability reporting, and the COLI portfolio, supported through the captive.

The role is hands-on, analyzing actuarial, accounting, insurance, and participant-level data to inform governance decisions and actionable recommendations for leadership and business partners.

Qualifications

• Background: Actuarial science, Economics, Statistics with 5-7 years' experience.
• Strong analytical capability with actuarial/financial data in retirement or benefits.
• Captive experience is a plus; familiarity with retirement governance and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• COLI, Captive & Transaction Risk: analyze COLI portfolio, assess carrier exposure and asset support.
• Retirement Governance & Risk: analyze investment performance, fees and provider results.
• Regulatory, Legal & Compliance Oversight: assess regulatory developments and ensure remediation.
• Global Actuarial & International Plan Oversight: manage actuarial process and liaise with external actuaries.
