Responsibilities

• Oversee retirement investment and fiduciary governance, assessing value for risk and fees.
• Manage retirement and financial wellbeing providers through scorecards and reviews.
• Maintain defensible records of fiduciary decisions with evidence and action.
• Apply due diligence framework to plan/provider changes and assess fiduciary/financial implications.
