Job summary

Marsh is seeking interns for its Multinational Advisory team. Based in one of our offices in Chicago, New York, or San Francisco, the role is hybrid with at least three days in the office.

You will draft client-ready reports, work on multi-country projects, and coordinate with global Mercer consultants. Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree; graduation December 2027 or May 2028 preferred.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future is required.
• Strong academics balancing extracurriculars and coursework.

Responsibilities

• Draft reports and communications; liaise with global Mercer consultants.
• Collaborate with project manager on multi-country projects and country benefit set-ups.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for global benefits coordination and deliverables.
• Assist senior consultants with client needs and implementing benefit strategies.
• Learn about the global vendor marketplace, plan designs, and renewal processes.
• Self-manage internship research project on global benefits trends and present findings.
