Job summary

Marsh is seeking talented individuals to join the Multinational Advisory team based in Chicago, New York, Irvine, or San Francisco. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office weekly and involves working with local Mercer consultants and global teams on cross-border benefits projects.

We design workforce strategies, provide rigorous analytics, and deliver data-driven insights to multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed, with concentration in actuarial science, business, international studies, math, statistics, economics, and/or related fields preferred.
• Strong academic achievement balanced with extracurricular activities.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Draft reports and other communications based on input from local Mercer consultants; liaise with Mercer consultants globally to provide initial draft responses to client questions on non-U.S. benefits issues.
• Work with the project manager on significant multi-country projects, including new country benefit setups and benchmarking reports.
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for global benefits coordination; communicate timelines and deliverables; consolidate information for review by senior consultants.
• Assist senior consultants with reviewing client needs and implementing benefit program strategies.
• Acquire knowledge about the global vendor marketplace, plan designs, and renewal processes for health and risk group benefit programs.
• Conduct research and analysis on global benefits trends and present findings to the team.
