Marsh People and Investments seeks talented individuals to join its Multinational Advisory team in one of several U.S. offices.

This internship is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office each week, and offers exposure to international benefits projects across multiple countries. You will draft reports, coordinate with Mercer consultants globally, and assist in multi-country projects on new setups, benchmarking, and program implementations.

Qualifications

• Progress toward or completion of a bachelor's degree in preferred fields.
• Expected graduation December 2027 or May 2028.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship in the future is required.

Responsabilités

• Draft reports and communications based on input from local Mercer consultants.
• Liaise with Mercer consultants globally to draft responses to client questions on non-US benefits issues.
• Work with the project manager on significant multi-country projects; projects could include new country benefit set-ups, benchmarking reports, international benefit program pooling, programs implementation, etc.
• Serve as day-to-day contact and liaison for global benefits coordination; communicate timeline and deliverables; consolidate information for review by more senior consultants; develop list of queries on local consultants' input for discussion with project manager.
• Assist senior consultants with reviewing client needs, recommending suitable approaches, and helping implement benefit program strategies.
• Acquire knowledge about the global vendor marketplace, plan designs, and the renewal process for health and risk group benefit programs.
• Self-manage internship research project on global benefits trends and present findings at end of internship.
