Job summary

Marsh People and Investments seeks talented individuals for a Hybrid Multinational Advisory role based in one of the offices in Chicago, New York, Irvine, or San Francisco.

You will draft client reports, coordinate with Mercer consultants globally, and manage multi-country benefit projects, including setups and program pooling. Strong communication, analytics, and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed, preferred fields noted in description.
• Strong academic performance and ability to balance activities.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Draft reports and communications based on input from local Mercer consultants; liaise with global teams.
• Work with project managers on significant multi-country projects including country setups and benchmarking.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for global benefits coordination and track timelines.
• Assist senior consultants with client needs and project strategies.
• Acquire knowledge about global vendor market, plan designs and renewal processes; analyze trends.
