Qualifications

5–7+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain, ideally in Cosmetics or CPG industries.
Proven success negotiating high-value, complex contracts and managing global suppliers.
Track record of leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global sourcing plans that meet cost, quality, and service targets.
Stay on top of cost drivers, supply/demand shifts, and benchmarks to unlock new sourcing opportunities.
Lead COGS reduction through sharp negotiations, value engineering, and alternative suppliers/materials.
Run RFI/RFPs, assess capabilities and risk, and choose scaling partners.
Secure best-in-class terms on pricing, capacity, and service levels.
Build long-term relationships with key suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Partner with R&D and Operations to source components on time.
Anticipate risk and safeguard supply through dual-sourcing.
Set and track KPIs and drive corrective actions.
Maintain compliance with GMP and internal quality standards.
