AX Beauty in New York City is seeking a Global Development Manager to oversee product creation, improvement, and market launches. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and alignment with market demands.

The role requires 4–5 years in sourcing, product development, or project management, preferably in beauty, plus strong negotiation, communication, and analysis skills. Office-based 4–5 days/week with collaboration across suppliers and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4–5 years in sourcing, product development, or project management, preferably in beauty.
• Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of NatureWell and Private Label products from ideation to launch.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with suppliers and internal partners.
• Oversee project plans in Monday.com, schedules, milestones.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality standards.
• Provide status updates to Senior Management on COGS and development progress.
