Job summary

BD is seeking a senior leader to define and drive the enterprise strategy for BD Excellence capability development and its global deployment. You will embed into high-priority teams, coach leaders, and shape learning and certification programs to scale capabilities across the enterprise.

You will partner with regional teams, ensure governance and metrics, and drive adoption through change leadership in a highly matrixed environment. Travel is substantial as needed to advance deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations Management, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• MBA, Master’s degree, or equivalent advanced education preferred.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in operational excellence, capability development, transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide deployment in global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise strategy for BD Excellence capability development and global deployment.
• Provide hands-on tiger team expertise to rapidly scale BD Excellence capabilities.
• Partner with BDELs, business leaders, and regional teams to accelerate maturity and adoption.
• Design custom learning, coaching, certification, and capability-building plans.
• Lead deployment governance, standards, assessments, and measurement systems.
• Drive executive engagement and leadership development for continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure adoption and business impact.
• Share best practices and deployment methodologies globally.
• Identify capability gaps and implement solutions to strengthen performance.
