Job summary

BD is seeking a Director BD Excellence HR to drive adoption and execution of the BD Excellence vision across the HR organization. You will partner with the EVP, Chief People Officer and ExHRLT to embed visual management, Kaizen, and KPI-driven performance management while standardizing practices across global HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences, engineering, HR, operations management or related field is required.
• MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BD Excellence vision and strategy in HR to support structured growth and innovation.
• Drive deployment of BD Excellence tools and processes across global HR.
• Coordinate with EVP and ExHRLT to implement KPI-driven performance management.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives across HR.
• Develop certification programs and apprenticeship mindset to embed BD Excellence culture.
• Drive governance, compliance, and execution disciplines across the HR organization.
