Job summary

The role requires collaboration with product, coverage, finance, risk, legal, and technology, delivering executive-ready materials and timely follow-ups to keep initiatives on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Management/COO, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or a similar role.
• Advanced written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear, executive-ready materials and build relationships across functions.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (including building polished analyses and presentations).
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support business management planning by translating leadership priorities into draft plans, timelines, and budget inputs; track milestones.
• Coordinate client agendas by maintaining cadence for account plan updates and client reviews; compile inputs and performance metrics.
• Define and maintain management KPIs and senior leadership metrics by producing recurring reporting and summarizing insights for executives.
• Prepare materials for business reviews and governance by drafting content and ensuring accuracy and version control.
• Develop product and business knowledge to analyze datasets, identify trends, and surface takeaways for stakeholder discussion.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with product, technology, risk, legal, and finance by coordinating meetings and tracking deliverables.
• Assist as a liaison for technology initiatives by capturing requirements and organizing backlogs; ensure outputs align to outcomes.
• Contribute to reporting modernization and automation by identifying manual steps and standardizing metrics and dashboards.
• Manage day-to-day execution for executive requests by triaging asks and ensuring follow-through; escalate risks early.
• Support operating cadences by building agendas, preparing pre-reads, and tracking actions for transparency.
