Job summary

Engine by Starling is seeking a client-focused delivery professional to manage end-to-end implementations of the Engine platform for banks and financial institutions. You will lead workshops, coordinate with product and engineering teams, and guide clients through onboarding, payments and cards workstreams, ensuring successful transformation journeys.

You will work with diverse stakeholders across pre-sales to Run, applying a tech-centered approach to solve client challenges and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles, consulting, or technology delivery.
• Experience running workshops or demos for clients.
• Experience delivering complex programmes in financial services or tech.
• Ability to understand client problems and present structured solutions.
• Proactive ownership and knowing when to escalate risks/issues.
• Motivation to transform banking with Engine's technology across markets.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients from pre-sales to implementation.
• Understand client vision and priorities, applying knowledge of the Engine product.
• Collaborate with Product and architecture teams to iteratively improve the US product roadmap.
• Deliver an area of the solution for a client and align with internal planning.
• Coordinate delivery with Engineering to meet programme timelines.
• Support the transition from delivery to Run, ensuring a smooth handover.
• Share learnings and help scale Engine delivery methodologies.
