Job summary

JPMorgan Chase—Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product—seeks a Product Manager to lead end‑to‑end lifecycle, acting as voice of the customer and driving profitable products with scalable, reliable platforms. You’ll guide launches, validate feedback, and partner with cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.

You will shape the roadmap for the area product group, collaborate with vendors, and translate maturity visions into actionable requirements across solution design

Qualifications

• Experience with product development life cycle and data analytics.
• Ability to lead discovery, ideation, and value management across life cycles.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in software engineering concepts and cloud-native architectures (AWS).
• Knowledge of release and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering customer value.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research for roadmap alignment.
• Owns backlog and supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Tracks KPIs such as cost, functionality, risk, and reliability.
• Leads the area product for shared services within the Global Banking Platform.
