The Loan Management team, within the Global Markets division, primarily supports the Mortgage Loan Trading and Structured Finance desks. It is a multi-faceted platform specializing in whole loan acquisition, sales, securitizations, and asset-backed financing, with expertise across mortgages, consumer loans, real estate, and warehouse financing.

The candidate will be responsible for asset management and risk mitigation of a loan portfolio collateralized by cash-flowing assets.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of structured corporate loans collateralized by various consumer and corporate loans across US and Latin American markets.
• Prepare and update monthly reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in negotiating loan agreements and related documents.
• Support trading and Investment Banking divisions with platform diligence for prospective and existing clients.
• Monitor and validate loan collateralization, including credit enhancement and performance testing.
• Coordinate leverage and payment activities between clients and internal teams.
• Track financial metrics and key deliverables per financing agreements.
• Analyze portfolio trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Partner with Technology to automate processes and leverage big data initiatives.
• Develop reporting solutions using available data sources.
• Maintain tracking systems and communicate results across teams.
• Monitor business performance and recommend tactical and strategic actions.
• Communicate effectively and organize efficiently in a high-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience working with clients, law firms, and third-party vendors.
• Background in banking, asset management, risk management, or related financial fields.
