Job Description

The Loan Management team is part of the Global Markets division, supporting Mortgage Loan Trading and Structured Finance desks. It specializes in whole loan acquisition, sales, securitizations, and asset-backed financing, with expertise across mortgages, consumer loans, real estate, and warehouse financing.

The role involves asset management and risk mitigation of a loan portfolio collateralized by cash-flowing assets.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage a diverse portfolio of structured consumer and corporate loans across U.S. and Latin American markets.
2. Prepare and update monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Assist in negotiating loan agreements and related documents.
4. Support trading and Investment Banking Division (IBD) due diligence for prospective and existing clients.
5. Monitor and validate loan collateralization and market-related adjustments.
6. Coordinate leverage and payment requests between clients and stakeholders.
7. Track financial metrics and key deliverables per financing agreements.
8. Analyze and present portfolio risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
9. Partner with Technology to support automation and big data initiatives.
10. Maintain tracking systems and communicate results across teams.
11. Monitor business performance and recommend tactical/strategic actions.
12. Communicate effectively and stay organized in a high-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications
