Vertical Screen, Inc. in Warminster, PA, is seeking a Verification Researcher to support our background checks process. You will conduct phone-based investigations, verify education and employment histories, and gather accurate background information.

This role is hybrid after six months: two days in the Warminster office and three days remote, with hours 10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and strong communication and computer skills are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in fast-paced call center preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify education and employment history and conduct reference interviews.
• Conduct research via outbound calls, fax, email, internet and online database searches.
• Master the proprietary software to transcribe verified information and notes.
• Meet pre-established production goals.
