Job summary

Dechert LLP is seeking a Recognition Manager to drive the firm's global awards program and manage directory rankings. You will craft submissions, interview lawyers, and coordinate with external consultants to raise the firm's profile.

You will liaise with Chambers and Legal500, stay current on industry best practices, and lead cross-border projects across time zones while managing budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Multi-year experience in writing and editorial roles with strong writing skills.
• Experience with legal awards or directories is desirable and valuable.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities under tight deadlines.
• Discretion and judgement when handling sensitive information in professional services.
• Ability to coordinate across time zones and across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling award submissions that showcase the firm, practices, lawyers and clients.
• Assess award criteria and curate nominee selections and interview key contributors.
• Oversee production of submissions, edit drafts, and manage external contributors.
