Job summary

Minth-North-America is seeking a Program Manager in Gadsden, AL to lead cross-functional teams in automotive program management. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget, while coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to meet customer requirements.

The successful candidate will have a technical engineering degree, 5+ years in program management, and experience with aluminum battery tray development and APQP/PPAP standards.

Qualifications

• Technical degree and 5+ years of program management experience.
• PM Certification preferred.
• 5 years of risk management including master timing, control timing, reliability, manufacturability and market competitiveness.
• Experience with financial analysis, budgets, margins, tooling and development costs.
• 3+ years with full-cycle automotive engineering design concepts (design to production).
• Strong Aluminum Battery Tray development experience and related foundry processes.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and IATF16949.
• Experience launching Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects within a program to meet specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead program team and inter-departmental functions to achieve on-time delivery.
• Review program status and plan future actions with team members.
• Maintain and manage master program timing and budget approval.
• Ensure compliance with APQP and Minth Americas policies.
• Support product design activities and early product build events and launches.
• Communicate financial issues to the Account Manager for resolution.
