Job summary

Flexitech, a global automotive supplier, is seeking a Program Manager (F/M) to join the Program Management team. You will lead customer development programs from RFQ through industrialization and serial production, coordinating between customers and cross-functional teams to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.

In this role you will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Purchasing and Sales to drive APQP activities, manage risks and deliver successful product launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive project management or customer program management.
• Experience managing customer relationships in an international environment.
• Strong project planning, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional English is mandatory; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from RFQ through production launch and serial life.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and lead project reviews.
• Monitor financial performance and support decision-making during negotiations.
