Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years automotive program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex customer programs.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and business-case experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Program Management team across the full product lifecycle.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sales, purchasing, quality, and finance.
• Develop and implement standard processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review program timing, financial performance, and risk; drive escalations as needed.
• Maintain GPMS compliance and customer-specific requirements.
• Foster strong customer relationships and profitable program launches.
